What you'll do
- 负责跟进生产设备故障改进举措的实施，推动设备持续改进。包括典型问题根本原因分析。
- 处理烟台工厂的所有设备设施故障的应急维修。对停机原因进行分析，并持续改进设备，包括跟踪新设备的安装和调整。
- 持续改进设备的安全和环境风险，优化设备能源消耗，提高设备效能。
- 对所有设备进行日常检查，并根据维护计划实施预防性维护。
- 执行分配的任务，5S，工作场所风险分析，工作安全分析，挂牌上锁。
- 遵守公司规章制度。
- 遵循安全和质量IATF16949/ISO 45001/ISO14001/270001/MES等要求。
