YOUR ROLE

  • Leading accessory team to defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan. Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, adjust sales strategies to adapt to market changes.
  • Seek new sales opportunities and channels, expand the scope of business.
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as Marketing, plant, etc.) to ensure smooth sales activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyze sales/ACE/ FCST/ RFC data, and propose suggestions for improvement.
  • Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure the achievement of the company's sales targets and budgets. 25%
  • Maintain existing business and manage relationship at assigned accounts. 25%
  • Demand FC, inventory control, channel management. 10%
  • ACE management& JF & RFC checking and other paper jobs. 10%
  • Develop distribution & direct customer & end user’s network. 10%
  • Utilization of project management tools & teamwork with internal project team. 10%
  • Management: Manage the sales team daily, including recruitment, training, guidance, and performance evaluation. 5%
  • Trouble shooting. 5%

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor and above.
  • Excellent written English and spoken English.
  • Strong team player with proven ability in collaborating and communicating with multistakeholder globally & regionally across different levels of the organization.
  • 8-15 years working year in related industry.
