What you'll do
- Supervise PSRA team to provide proffesional and timely support to external customers and to internal customer i.e. PD, AE, sales & marketing of each SBU and to AO.
- Ensure that all Henkel products in Japan are in compliance with the chemical regulations.
- Improve the thorough knowledge of the PSRA team, relate to chemical regulations, Henkel products, chemistries and processes.
- Manage appropriate training to PD, AE and Marketing.
- Assist and collaborate with other PSRA groups grobally.
What makes you a good fit
- B.S. in Chemistry or other relevant scientific discipline
- 5 - 10 years experience in chemical industry. (especially product safety or equivalent job.)
- Experience in an international environment
- Japanese and English fluency
- Management is preferred but not a must
- Membership of Japan Adhesive Industry Assiciation or other Japan Adhesives associations or equivalent is a plus
- ISO9000, ISO14000 experience is a plus
- MBTI, MHLW experience is a plus
- Understanding of REACh and other international chemical conventions is preferred
