Lo que hará
- Provide technical support for the application of adhesives, sealants, plastics, and rubbers in various industrial and commercial sectors.
- Conduct mechanical testing, including material performance analysis for plastics, adhesives, and rubbers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, offering timely solutions to improve product performance and resolve application challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to enhance product formulations and support new product launches.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and technical training sessions, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Travel frequently to customer sites in Mexico, the USA, and Europe to provide hands-on technical assistance and training.
- Analyze customer feedback and technical data to identify and solve problems efficiently.
- Document findings and provide detailed reports of testing results, recommendations, and solutions.
Lo que le convierte en un buen candidato
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Experience in Technical Service for adhesives and sealants is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in mechanical testing, particularly for plastics, adhesives, and rubbers.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly (domestic and international), including to Mexico, the USA, and Europe.
- Intermediate english, advanced desired.
