What you'll do
- Ensure all sales & collection targets both short term and long term are met
- Manage, train & coach a team of sales executives
- Create & steer daily route plans for each ESF to cover assigned customers
- Manage forecasting, stocks, slow movers according to market needs
- Conduct daily meetings with team and follow up on DNA KPIs development
- Visit the shops you and your team are responsible for
- Build excellent relationship with distributor & key customers
- Find new opportunities to drive business growth
- Time allocation: 90% in the market, 10% office tasks
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Fluency in Hindi and/or Malayalam and English
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably FMCG
- Retail Sales-operations experience
- MS Office Proficiency
- Adequate level of negotiation skills needed
- Strong follow-up skills and high determination to achieve results
- Leadership skills to steer the team on daily basis
- Proactive, positive, enabler & team player mindset
- Driving License
